Set Up New Affordable Housing Units at Breakthrough

Join Covenant volunteers as we welcome new neighbors home in East Garfield Park!

Covenant is recruiting a team of volunteers (ages 16+) to set up new apartments at The Residences, which are part of Breakthrough's affordable housing program. Volunteers will set up and prepare these apartments to become warm, welcoming homes for families moving in! 

Help is needed with: 

• Home Setup: Unboxing TVs, assembling benches, and placing rugs.
• Kitchen & Bath: Organizing supplies, removing tags from dishes, and setting up the kitchen and bathroom.
• Linens: Unpacking and prepping bedding and towels for each room.
• Finishing Touches: Installing coat hooks, light cleaning, and trash removal.
